Manager HSE élabore et met en œuvre le plan stratégique HSE des projets ou de la BU dont il a la charge. Le responsable HSE, en tant que personnel fonctionnel HSE, soutient les activités quotidiennes sur le terrain dans le cadre d'un projet ou d'une ligne d'activité et contribue à soutenir la culture HSE en développant des partenariats efficaces, en communiquant, en facilitant et en alignant les améliorations HSE, directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'autres personnes.
-Développer, le cas échéant, des procédures, des outils et des processus spécifiques en matière de SSE, conformément au programme SSE de la société.
-Mener régulièrement des audits, des examens et des inspections SSE sur le site afin de garantir le respect de tous les plans et procédures SSE applicables.
-Communiquer en permanence à la direction la mise en œuvre et l'efficacité des performances du programme HSE, en recommandant des actions proactives et/ou correctives.
-S'assurer de l'existence de plans de préparation aux situations d'urgence et vérifier l'adéquation de ces plans.
-Assurer la direction, le leadership, l'encadrement et le mentorat d'une équipe de superviseurs et d'inspecteurs HSE.
Vous avez une formation en HSE ou en ingénierie ou diplôme technique supérieur requis ou équivalent.
Programmes d'études : IRCA, NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH ou équivalent.
