PURPOSE
We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to support and strengthen our Health & Safety management on site. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, promotes a safe working environment, and supports continuous improvement of safety practices.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Implement and maintain the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Train and raise awareness among employees on safety rules and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare required reports.
- Support certification programs and HSE documentation.
Qualifications
- Background in HSE, industrial safety, or related field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment tools.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
