PURPOSE

We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to support and strengthen our Health & Safety management on site. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, promotes a safe working environment, and supports continuous improvement of safety practices.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Implement and maintain the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Train and raise awareness among employees on safety rules and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and prepare required reports.
  • Support certification programs and HSE documentation.

Qualifications

  • Background in HSE, industrial safety, or related field.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment tools.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
