Groupe de restauration, opérant à travers 3 établissements de référence à Casablanca et Rabat, recherche un Area Manager pour superviser et optimiser la qualité du service en salle. Missions principales :- Superviser l'ensemble des équipes de salle et garantir un service irréprochable.- Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle en veillant au respect des standards du groupe.- Coordonner et collaborer étroitement avec le Chef Exécutif (responsable cuisine) afin d'assurer une parfaite synergie entre la salle et la cuisine.- Encadrer, former et motiver les équipes opérationnelles (chefs de rang, serveurs, hôtes, etc.).- Suivre et analyser la performance des points de vente (qualité de service, productivité, gestion des coûts liés au service).- Déployer les procédures et standards de service du groupe et veiller à leur application rigoureuse.- Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction Générale. Profil recherché :- Bac +3/5 en Management, Hôtellerie/Restauration ou équivalent.- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en gestion d'équipes dans la restauration haut de gamme, hôtellerie ou franchise internationale.- Excellentes compétences en management d'équipes et en relation client.- Forte orientation qualité de service, organisation et leadership.- Bonne présentation, sens du détail et esprit d'initiative.- Mobilité entre Casablanca et Rabat.Merci d'envoyer votre CV à l'adresse suivante : précisant Réf : Area Manager Service dans l'objet du mail.
