Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Area Manager dynamique, orienté(e) résultats, pour superviser un réseau de points de vente dans le secteur du textile / prêt-à-porter.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous serez le garant de la performance commerciale, du respect des standards de l'enseigne, et de l'accompagnement des équipes terrain.

Vos missions principales

  • Superviser un réseau de magasins dans une région définie.
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance commerciale (CA, panier moyen, taux de conversion...).
  • Encadrer et animer les responsables de magasins.
  • Participer au recrutement, à la formation et au développement des équipes.
  • Assurer la bonne application de la stratégie commerciale et des opérations marketing.
  • Veiller au respect des standards visuels, de merchandising, et des procédures internes.
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer les performances terrain.
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre les magasins et la direction.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en commerce, management ou gestion.
  • Expérience confirmée en retail textile ou distribution spécialisée, idéalement en tant qu'Area Manager ou Responsable de magasin multi-sites.
  • Bon leadership, sens de l'organisation, et esprit d'équipe.
  • Forte orientation résultats et terrain.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion commerciale (Excel, logiciels de caisse, etc.).
  • Mobilité géographique (déplacements fréquents dans la région).
