Store Manager – United Arab Emirates

Salary: 19,800 MAD – 22,000 MAD per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in managing supermarket or retail outlets, ideally from established chains such as BIM, Cazyon, or comparable organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and maintain outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and product displays to optimize store performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
  • Review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement improvement strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback to guarantee a positive shopping experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a retail environment (experience in BIM, Cazyon, or similar chains is highly valued).
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic retail setting.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
