Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un Cost Manager expérimenté afin d'assurer le suivi, le contrôle et l'optimisation des coûts sur nos projets de construction et d'aménagement.
Vos missions principales incluront :
- L'établissement des quantitatifs et métrés.
- La préparation et l'analyse des estimations budgétaires et des devis.
- Le suivi et le contrôle des coûts tout au long des projets.
- La participation à l'élaboration et à la validation des appels d'offres.
- L'analyse des écarts entre prévisions et réalisations.
- La rédaction de rapports financiers pour la direction et les clients.
Profil recherché
- Formation en économie de la construction, ingénierie du bâtiment ou équivalent.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le métré, l'estimation et le contrôle des coûts dans le domaine du BTP.
- Maîtrise des outils de métré et de suivi budgétaire (Excel, logiciels spécialisés type REVIT, Autocad, Candy, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et rigueur dans le suivi financier.
- Bonnes capacités de communication et de négociation.
