Why thy role matter?

We're on a mission to build a smarter, greener IT world by extending the lifecycle of technology and reducing e-wast. As Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you'll play a
critical role
in making sure our numbers not only add up but tell the story of our performance. Your work will give leaders the clarity they need to make smart decisions — balancing
growth, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

How will you make an impact?

The FP&A Manager has the ownership of regional financial planning and analysis while acting as a true business partner.

You are responsible but not limited to:

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate growth and profitability objectives for Middle East Africa region.
  • Analyse top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability to identify trends and opportunities for margin expansion, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support Central FP&A team in Evernex HQ (Paris, France) in Monthly Management Reporting for MEA Region including performance dashboards, Sales and cost analysis and Business Review presentation.
  • Support Central FP&A team in Evernex HQ (Paris, France) and MEA sales team across the region for Ad-Hoc tasks and Profitability Analysis as required.
  • Continuously refine FP&A processes across MEA region, leveraging automation and advanced analytics tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Control costs by monitoring variances, challenging assumptions, and driving efficiency.
  • Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.

We're looking for someone who blends knowledge, experience, and passion. Ideally you:

  • Bring 10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering, ideally in an international setup.
  • Have a strong track record of owning budgets and delivering high-quality analysis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cost control, revenue analysis, and profitability drivers.
  • Communicate complex data with clarity (lead monthly business review) — turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Embrace technology, with advanced Excel/financial modelling skills (advanced analytics tools such as Power BI is a valuable plus).
  • Act as a true business partner — proactive, curious, and solution-oriented.
  • Speak fluent English; speaking additional languages is considered an asset, as we operate globally
