JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a risk and audit analyst to support the compliance lead in managing audit remediation, internal control alignment, security vulnerability remediation and risk monitoring activities across Identity department BAU (business as usual) activities and projects.

The analyst will play a key role in ensuring that remediation plans are executed effectively, compliance is maintained with external/internal standards, and risk monitoring is reliable and actionable.

KEY EXPECTED DELIVERABLES :

Audit remediation:

  • Track and support remediation of internal and external audit findings
  • Ensure timely closure of findings and alignment with agreed action plans

Internal Control compliance:

  • Monitor adherence to internal control requirements
  • Prepare compliance status reports for management

Security vulnerability remediation:

  • Follow-up on remediation actions for IT and security vulnerabilities
  • Consolidate vulnerability status reporting across products

Risk monitoring :

  • Maintain and update project risk registers
  • Monitor regular risk monitoring dashboards

SOFT & TECHNICAL SKILLS :

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (IT security, audit, risks, internal control, management)
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of synthesizing complex information
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Familiarity with IT security vulnerability management and risk assessment processes
  • Understanding of audit methodologies and follow-up processes
  • Understanding of IAM products and services (active directory, identity lifecycle tools, authentication systems)
  • Strong skills in reporting tools (excel, power point, power BI)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret audit findings, risk registers and remediation plans

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND :

  • Master's degree in audit, information systems, cybersecurity, risk management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an audit firm (big Four or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • Previous exposure to compliance, IT risk, or security-related projects in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience in identity & access management environments
