International Shipping Coordinator
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive International Shipping Coordinator
to join our team full-time in a
dynamic, fast-paced
environment. If you have experience in
international shipping, logistics, and supply chain management
, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee international shipments from origin to destination.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
- Manage shipping documentation, invoices, and import/export records.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any logistical issues.
- Maintain and update shipping databases using
Microsoft Office and Excel
. - Work closely with the retail/wholesale team to streamline shipping processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in
written and spoken English
. - Minimum
2 years of experience in international shipping
. - Strong
organizational, administrative, and communication skills
. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
. - Experience in
retail/wholesale logistics
is a plus. - Must be a
resident of Morocco
.
