Your Role

As Operations Coordinator, you will be the key link between our international clients and our operational team in Marrakech. You will ensure the daily management of services while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise on-site operations to ensure service excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and support operational teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Manage schedules, absences, and staffing needs in coordination with management.
  • Suggest solutions and participate in continuous improvement of operational processes.

Profile & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience in concierge services, hospitality, or premium service environments is a plus.
