Company Description

We are a high-end travel agency crafting seamless, tailor-made journeys. We're expanding our corporate travel division and seeking a coordinator
dedicated to one of our corporate partners
, managing their national and international reservations end-to-end.

Role Description

You will be the
single point of contact
for our corporate client, overseeing all travel requests (flights, hotels, cars, rail) and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, budgets, and approval workflows. This on-site role requires strong independence, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage
    all corporate travel reservations
    (domestic & international) from request to ticketing and post-sales support.
  • Issue, reissue, exchange, and refund airline tickets in
    AMADEUS
    ; book hotels & services via
    GDS
    and preferred suppliers.
  • Ensure
    policy compliance
    , approval routing, and cost-optimization (fares, contracts, and corporate rates).
  • Coordinate visas, insurance, special services, seating, loyalty numbers, and traveler profiles.
  • Monitor schedule changes, handle disruptions, and provide
    real-time problem solving
    .
  • Prepare
    reports
    (spend, savings, SLA/KPI performance) and maintain accurate documentation for invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and ground partners to secure waivers, name changes, and group or VIP arrangements.
  • Uphold
    duty-of-care
    standards and traveler communications before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience
    in corporate or luxury travel operations within the
    tourism/travel industry
    .
  • AMADEUS proficiency
    (ticketing, reissues, exchanges, EMDs).
  • IATA certification
    (required).
  • Strong command of
    GDS
    hotel/rail booking and fare construction.
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy under pressure, and proactive communication.
  • Fluency in
    English and French
    ;
    Arabic
    is a plus.
  • Bachelor's in Hospitality/Tourism/Business (preferred).
