Online Startup E-commerce in Fashion and jewerly sites launched in the Morocco and Internationally. Niche high fashion brands shopping club.

I am hiring for E-commerce Content Assistant to work with the owner further to build, grow, then manage the startup websites and ads.

You must have creativity, taste, competitiveness, and the ability to learn and grow skills, to further get a full time job position with our team.

Educated and communicate effectively in both written and can work with owner in English.

Assistant needs to know about luxury brands and generally have a love for fashion, administrative process, and business. Which is Marketing, Order Confirmations with Clients, and Shipping.

A: AI Content for Marketing:

Multimedia and Graphic Design skills using AI automation, photography and applications such as Capcut, Veo2, higgsfield ai, n8n. make or Zapier to further Creating Photo, Video, and written Content for Meta, Tiktok, Google platforms)

Ability's to represent and spokes person for our brand and site in doing live steam, post, stories, real, and Whatsapp updates, as an influencer, and like to be on camera.

Light Understanding of ads creation such as Campaigns, Ad sets, targets, Audiences, Scheduling Promotions.

Creative Benchmarking from international market leaders in producing ideas and professional standards.

Ability to learn how to use AI and Apps to create and automate content and its delivery on social platforms.

*This is a pre-managerial (HR) job position, which enables you to hire the needed assistance if volume or task load becomes an issue to preform daily and weekly agenda to scale.*

B: Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

-Customer Service and Sales: Interacting with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to Whatsapp and phone messages

-Social media enthusiast, Content creation, and Digital Marketing (Meta, Tiktok, youtube)

-Self organize Task and Schedule documentation for business planning on a daily and weekly basis on google sheets (G-drive work envoirment).

Experience & Qualifications:

4+ years non professional experience and or worked in a startup, store, web agency, ecommerce site, which you utilized computer skills to work in a 2026 digital economy.

Multitasker with excellent organizational skills.

Self-motivated leader, Competitive team player with a strong work ethic.

Cool, outgoing personality, and understands Pop Culture.

Tech and Computer Skills, light coding knowledge and API key set ups for automations.

Paid Internship Offer and further job offer after 3-6 month internship

Intern company contribution of 2000 dhs per month for expenses.

Starting Offer Job Type: Full-time / Career : striving to manage and grow the companies e-businesses.

Starting Salary: 4000 dhs per month plus company profit Bonus.

Must Live Near Bourgogne Casablanca

Flexible Schedule: Ranging Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm (1hr Lunch Break) Saturday 11-3pm.

Job Location: Bourgogne, Casablanca. (Director works remotely warehouse / E-Lab)(Calm professional envoirment)
