Ta mission

Au cœur de notre équipe, tu seras la voix et le lien entre nos clients et nos équipes internes.

Tes principales responsabilités :

  • Saisir et suivre les commandes off-line avec rigueur et réactivité
  • Gérer les réclamations clients et assurer un suivi fluide jusqu'à leur résolution
  • Créer et mettre à jour les comptes clients dans notre base CRM
  • Assurer un chat direct avec les prospects pour les conseiller et les orienter
  • Accueillir et accompagner commercialement les prospects venant sur site
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et logistiques pour garantir une expérience client sans faille

Profil recherché

  • Tu as une excellente expression écrite et orale en français (anglais apprécié)
  • Tu maîtrises les outils bureautiques et les plateformes e-commerce
  • Tu es à la fois rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et orienté(e) client
  • Tu aimes le contact direct et travail en équipe dans un environnement digital dynamique
