Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team for our newly launched SaaS project. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and have a positive experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries about our SaaS platform
  • Guide new users through onboarding and platform features
  • Document and escalate technical issues to the development team
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve our product

Requirements:

  • Location: Must currently reside in Agadir and be available for on-site work
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and web applications
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience with customers
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Proficiency with computers and common software applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Background in IT or technical support
