RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter un #CHARGE de la #FORMATION & #eLEARNING :

- Missions
:

· Établir les
roadmaps de formation internes et externes
en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et les directeurs métiers et techniques ;

· Élaborer les
circuits e-learning (Learning paths) sur les solutions et technologies
utilisées par les collaborateurs internes et les clients externes. Exemples de circuits de formation : ROKHAS Urbanisme, ROKHAS Économique, Karaz developer, Karaz fonctionnel, … ;

· Définir les
objectifs pédagogiques des circuits et contenus e-learning
et les décliner en
objectifs opérationnels
;

· Sélectionner et référencer les
contenus eLearning
à intégrer aux circuits eLearning conçus par l'entreprise ;

· Mettre en place et maintenir la
logistique de préparation des formations
(Outils digitaux, équipements d'enregistrement, espaces de tournage, …) ;

· Organiser la
logistique de formation
pour les formations tenues en présentiel aux bénéfices des collaborateurs ou des clients et partenaires externes ;

· Rédiger
les scénarii et storyboards des formations
;

· Tester et recetter les
contenus e-learning produits
;

· Suivre le
planning
, les
engagements de qualité
, les
coûts
et les
risques projet
;

· Créer des
contenus pédagogiques multimédia transverses
(Images, sons, animations, ...) et les intégrer à la
structure des cours e-learning
;

· Rédiger les
documents de référence nécessaires à la production d'un cours e-learning
(Charte e-Learning, charte rédactionnelle, charte graphique, document technique...) ;

· Coordonner les
ressources amenées à intervenir
directement ou indirectement
dans la production d'un module e-Learning
(Formateur, Ergonome, Développeur Informatique, ...) ;

· Paramétrer et administrer
la plateforme e-learning de l'entreprise
;

· Déployer les
contenus e-learning produits
au niveau de la plateforme eLearning de l'entreprise ;

· Structurer et publier les
contenu e-learning de l'entreprise
au niveau des plateformes publiques : Udemy, LinkedIn learning, Open classroom, … ;

· Concevoir et piloter les
plans de communication et de promotion des contenus et circuits e-learning
.

- Formation initiale

- Expérience
: Au moins 1 année probante dans un poste équivalent

· Organisée.

- Savoir-faire
: Une personne qui sait

· Maîtrise les techniques pédagogiques & e-learning ;

· Mettre en place une plateforme e-learning ;

· Manipuler les équipements audio-visuels.
