ProductLife Group is looking for a Training Management Associate to join its growing Learning & Development team on a permanent contract.
The Training Management Associate plays a key role in coordinating and supporting all training activities within the organization. This includes scheduling sessions, managing digital learning tools, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with training policies. This position supports operational excellence by helping deliver effective learning programs, contributing to employee development and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and digital trainings
  • Manage E-learning projects, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and technical hotline
  • Oversee digital learning tools, including video modules, serious games, and interactive case studies
  • Maintain and update training records and databases
  • Support the development of training materials and documentation
  • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback
  • Liaise with trainers, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with training policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher graduate degree in a life science-related field, education, administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in training coordination or learning administration
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Fluent in French and English
