Remote position open to candidates located near Casablanca.

Avature offers highly customizable solutions, and each integration is carefully designed according to our customers' diverse needs. Integration Associates work alongside both our integrations team and consultants, playing a key role in the configuration process of each integration.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Avature's platform and its integration capabilities.
  • Understand the specific configuration needs of each integration case.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain a clear vision of each assignment's context and impact.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Meet with consultants to understand assignment scope and timelines.
  • Guide customers through third-party requirements (URLs, users, passwords, etc.) when necessary.
  • Create and update documentation for integration processes (requirements, business context, etc.).
  • Migrate configurations from test to production environments.
  • Run QA tests to ensure integrations work as expected.
  • Follow team projects end-to-end, from case preparation to resolution.

About you:

  • Proactive and eager to learn quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Comfortable working in a project-oriented environment.
