Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area, Rabat, Marrakech. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the store meets sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Store Management experience and knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Team leadership and management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in retail management
