Hôtel Albakech, établissement de charme situé à Marrakech, recherche une réceptionniste sérieuse, bien présentée et dotée d'un excellent sens de l'accueil pour intégrer son équipe.
Missions principales :
- Accueillir les clientes et clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
- Assurer les opérations de check-in et check-out
- Gérer les réservations, appels téléphoniques et correspondances par e-mail
- Fournir des informations sur les services de l'hôtel et les activités locales
- Collaborer efficacement avec les autres départements de l'hôtel
- Garantir un service de qualité et veiller à la satisfaction des clients
Profil recherché :
- Expérience dans un poste similaire souhaitée
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (une troisième langue est un atout)
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et discrétion
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels hôteliers (PMS)
