Nous recrutons un Technicien Support Informatique chargé d'assurer l'exploitation quotidienne du SI, le support aux utilisateurs et la bonne santé du parc (postes, serveurs, réseau, téléphonie).
Missions
- Gestion, installation et maintenance du parc (PC/portables, imprimantes, périphériques).
- Assistance et support des utlisateur
- Administration et exploitation serveurs (comptes, droits, services, supervision basique , GPO ).
- Téléphonie IP (VoIP) : aide à l'exploitation (SIP, terminaux, IPBX), support et maintenance.
- Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) : création/clone VM, snapshots, ressources.
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 : comptes, licences, Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint.
- Réseau/TCP-IP : VLAN/DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN, basiques firewall (ouverture de ports, règles).
- Maintenance corrective & évolutive du SI : durcissement poste, antivirus.
- Participation aux projets IT (migrations, déploiements, documentation).

- Casablanca: Faire le trajet sans problème ou prévoir un déménagement avant de prendre son poste (Optionnel)
