Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakesh for a Coordinateur des Excursions. The role involves planning and coordinating excursions, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations for clients. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, and providing essential support during excursions. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local tourism industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the local tourism industry and cultural landmarks in Marrakesh
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant tools or systems for scheduling and planning
• Fluency in required languages, including French and English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Previous experience in events, excursions, or travel coordination is advantageous
