We're Hiring: Full-Time English Teachers

Location: Agadir – Edugate English Language School

Edugate English Language School is looking for dedicated and dynamic Full-Time English Teachers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality English training for adults, young learners, and professionals, and we are seeking passionate educators who are eager to contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners across different CEFR levels.
  • Create and adapt teaching materials to support interactive and communicative learning.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to support learners' development.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to ensure consistent teaching quality.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in English Studies, Education, Linguistics, Applied Languages, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (C1–C2 level).
  • Teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is an asset.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred, but motivated early-career teachers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous growth.
