What you will do:
- Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats;
- Assist customers with account-related issues and general support questions;
- Perform basic troubleshooting;
- Escalate complex Level 2 issues to higher-level support teams when required;
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology;
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level);
- 1 3 years of experience in technical or customer support;
- Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (Stripe, PayPal);
- Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues;
- Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site access, domain checks);
- Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge;
- Experience with CRM tools and Confluence;
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with Intercom.
