Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks related to cargo and container handling.
- Ensure accuracy in cargo documentation and system updates.
- Assist with coordination between terminal operations and logistics teams.
- Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines.
- Escalate non-routine issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as needed.
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of terminal or logistics operations preferred.
- Ability to work under supervision while applying independent judgment within clear boundaries.
