We are an established international e-commerce company seeking a full-time Facebook Ads Launcher to join our fast-growing team in Tangier, Morocco. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and structure Facebook ad campaigns for new products on a daily basis
  • Set up CBO/ABO campaigns with proper pixel, budget, and targeting configurations
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust based on early signals (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to request or test new ad creatives when needed
  • Create and manage new Facebook pages when required
  • Report results, wins, and learning points to the team in an organized format
  • Stay updated with Meta policy changes and platform updates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with launching and scaling Facebook ad campaigns
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of performance metrics and campaign structures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools like Meta Business Manager, Slack, and task managers (ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-driven team environment

Location:

On-site in Tangier, Morocco

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday
