As our new Group Quality Manager, you'll be at the heart of this transformation—driving strategy, ensuring compliance, and championing best practices across the business.

Missions

  • Drive the deployment of the Group Quality Roadmap and transformation initiatives
  • Lead or support strategic documentation redesign and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
  • Oversee the deployment of the Global Quality Management System (GQMS)
  • Manage group-level certifications and audit readiness across all entities
  • Support external audits and lead internal management reviews
  • Define and monitor Group-level KPIs for quality performance
  • Promote standardization, best practices, and a culture of quality across geographies
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred

Compétences

  • 5+ years in a Quality function within an international organization
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 27001
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASPICE, TISAX
  • Strong command of CAPA, root-cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, 8D
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across all levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive)

Qualités

  • Experience leading global quality transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to digital quality tools or platforms
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
