We Are Hiring

A new and dynamic company in the automotive sector, is looking for a Production Leader to join our team in Tangier

Position: Quality Team Responsible / Quality Supervisor

Department: Quality Management / Manufacturing Engineering

Reports To: Quality Manager / Plant ManagerMain

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the quality team to ensure compliance with customer and automotive standards.

Manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities from development to serial production.

Prepare, review, and submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation. Conduct and support FMEA (Design & Process) sessions with cross-functional teams. Supervise control plans, work instructions, and inspection criteria for new and existing products.

Analyze internal and external non-conformities, define root causes, and implement effective corrective actions (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).

Interface with customers regarding quality issues, audits, and approval activities. Support IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3 system audits.

Train and coach team members on quality tools and automotive core requirements. Monitor KPIs (PPM, scrap rate, on-time PPAP submissions, internal audit findings).

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent technical background)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in quality assurance or production quality within the automotive industry

Knowledge: Deep understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans

Standards: Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements (VW, BMW, Ford, Stellantis, etc.)

Auditing Skills: Internal Auditor certification for IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 preferred Tools: Skilled in 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, SPC, and MSA methodologies

Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, and quality management systems

Languages: English (fluent)
