About the job:

The Travel Advisor role centers on crafting personalized itineraries to meet each customer's unique requirements. It requires creativity, independent thinking, and discretion, as you collaborate closely with key partners to design fully-customized trips across Morocco.

Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential for creating and selling exceptional adventures. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering tasks on time, so a proactive approach is key.

You will:

• Create custom itineraries based on clients' needs

• Ensure prompt communication with clients

• Manage trip planning and payment processes

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution

You are:

• Resourceful, quick, and decisive problem solver

• Exceptional project management skills, delivering impactful results independently

• Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a bonus)

• Experience in events is mandatory
