Luxury Travel Designer
is a key role, with a strong balance between feasibility and originality. Each Travel Designer imagines personalized itineraries based on our emotional experiences portfolio and according to our client's needs, pace, and budget.

A day in the life of an Alizés Private Travel Designer is dynamic and varied, from availability checks to leading the creative conception of inspirational journeys, coordinating with our private tour guides on WhatsApp, and recommending unique accommodations and exclusive emotional experiences to our high-end clients.

Missions and responsibilities

• Design logistical bespoke itineraries, using the internal agency software
• Build relationships and coordinate with key suppliers such as private tour guides and master drivers...
• Collaborate with luxury travel advisors around the world and assist travelers via email
• Ensure all documentation is presented in Alizés Private voice and style
• Liaise and coordinate on a daily basis with the sales support team
• Monitor and report on booking progress with your manager

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role within a leading onsite DMC.

• Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

• Skills: Highly structured and organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Mindset: Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude, creativity, and a client-centric approach.
