Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos activités IT, nous recherchons un(e)
Operations Manager – Infrastructures & Production
capable de piloter la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité de nos environnements techniques et de production.

Vos missions :

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes des infrastructures (systèmes, réseaux, virtualisation, cloud).
  • Coordonner les activités de production et garantir la stabilité des environnements.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes techniques (infra & prod).
  • Assurer la continuité de service et la conformité avec les standards ITIL.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Gérer la relation avec les prestataires et suivre les projets d'évolution technique.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac +5 en
    Informatique, Systèmes & Réseaux
    ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée (4 ans min) dans la gestion des
    infrastructures IT et environnements de production
    .
  • Solides connaissances en
    administration systèmes (Linux/Windows)
    ,
    virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
    ,
    Cloud (AWS/Azure)
    et
    supervision (Zabbix, Grafana, Centreon...)
    .
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer, anticiper et résoudre les incidents de production.
  • Leadership, sens du service, communication claire et esprit d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais technique.
