Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Assoiate

Description
We are a land investing company buying, selling and subdividing vacant land across the U.S.A. We're looking for a consistent, motivated, and coachable Acquisitions Sales Associate that will be the direct point of contact with the Sellers.
You'll be working warm leads, talking to landowners, and negotiating purchase agreements. If you love the hunt and are good on the phone, this role has strong income potential.
Compensation:
- 5,000 MAD/month base draw
- 5,500 MAD commission from every deal you help close
- Typical earnings range from 15,000 MAD to 35,000 MAD +

Qualifications
- Top-notch English communication skills is required
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
- Good negotiation skills is a plus
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated and consistent — you hit your call goals and stay on track
- Coachable — you're open to feedback and want to get better
- Good communicator — you can build trust and stay calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Act as a primary point of contact with the sellers to ensure a smooth close
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
