Freelance Retail Project Manager

Ref. :
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Director, who will be responsible for defining,
managing and ensuring the implementation of the various projects in the
business delivery roadmap.
He will also support project managers during the
various phases of the project to ensure that objectives are met. He
will coordinate with the different business lines and entities to
successfully complete the various projects and ensure cross-functionality and effective
coordination of the different topics.
Beyond the standard steering and monitoring role, the consultant must have the ability to provide an advisory role to ensure
the proper alignment of strategic and technological directions with the
established roadmap.
- Mission duration : 3 months, renewable

- Place of the mission : Casablanca, Morocco
Mission :
- The definition and implementation of the
overall project implementation strategy, including all streams - Managing projects according to the roadmap,
ensuring compliance with requirements, schedules, and deliverables, while remaining
aligned with the bank's methodology and the deliverables to be produced. - Evaluating project performance and
resources, and implementing necessary improvements. - Supervision and support of the
roadmap projects throughout all stages of the project - Support and management of the resources
necessary for the implementation of projects - Implementation and management of the
delivery security system (Duration, Budget, Quality) - Reporting and report writing according to
a pre-defined schedule - Aligning project objectives
with the means of deployment - Budgetary monitoring of the roadmap
