Dar Mayshad is a boutique 3-room riad located in the heart of Rabat's Medina. We specialize in curated culinary experiences, private lunches and dinners, and small executive gatherings in an elegant, intimate setting. As part of Mayshad Hospitality, our approach blends Moroccan refinement with high-touch service and cultural sophistication.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven
Guest Relations & Sales Coordinator
to lead private bookings and event sales at Dar Mayshad. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales process — from outreach and relationship-building to closing bookings and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This role combines client interaction, sales responsibility, and event coordination, offering the opportunity to grow within Mayshad Hospitality's expanding ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell Dar Mayshad's experiences — corporate lunches, private dinners, afternoon teas, and boutique events.
  • Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations from lead to completion.
  • Build relationships with agencies, embassies, and private clients to drive bookings.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee event setup, décor, and guest experience to align with brand standards.
  • Collect feedback and foster long-term client relationships for repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in
    French and English
    (Arabic is a plus).
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Well-organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented with a polished presentation style.
  • Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is an asset.
