Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. The role may also involve analyzing market trends and providing insights to enhance the company's competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and an understanding of business acquisition processes
  • Experience in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and analyze sales data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in business development or a related field is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
