Account Sales Executive FSI
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités auprès des acteurs du secteur FSI (Banque, Assurance, Leasing, Paiement, Fintech), nous recherchons un Sales Account Executive chargé de piloter la croissance commerciale, développer des comptes stratégiques et renforcer les partenariats à long terme avec nos clients.
Missions principales
- Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients FSI (banques, assurances, institutions financières, fintechs)
- Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (chasse et élevage)
- Construire et exécuter la stratégie de compte (Account Plan)
Piloter le cycle de vente de bout en bout :
Prospection et qualification
- Réponse aux appels d'offres (RFP/RFI)
- Négociation commerciale et contractuelle
- Closing des deals
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes :
Delivery
- Avant-vente
- Recrutement / Staffing
- Finance
- Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction client et le développement du chiffre d'affaires (upsell / cross-sell)
- Participer aux instances clients et comités de pilotage
- Réaliser une veille marché FSI (tendances, concurrence, innovation)

- Delivery de projets (Forfait, T&M, Centre de services)

Compétences requises
Compétences commerciales
- Solide expérience en vente complexe B2B
- Maîtrise du cycle de vente long
- Capacité à adresser des interlocuteurs C-level (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO)
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et closing
Compétences sectorielles
- Bonne connaissance du secteur FSI
- Compréhension des enjeux réglementaires (optionnel : PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, AML)
- Connaissance des processus bancaires et assurantiels

- Leadership et posture de partenaire

Profil recherché
- Bac+5 (École de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent)
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Sales / Account Executive dans le secteur FSI
- Expérience significative en ESN, intégrateur ou cabinet de conseil
- Anglais professionnel requis
