, Yokeru Consulting développe un modèle de gestion innovant dans le secteur touristique et de l'hospitality management pour B&T Agency. Dans le cadre d'un projet de
Recherche & Développement hautement confidentiel
, nous recrutons un
Responsable Qualité Système & R&D
capable de structurer, piloter et déployer un
QMS prototype
en environnement startup.

Ce poste s'adresse uniquement aux candidats ayant un
haut niveau de rigueur technique et organisationnelle
, capables de travailler en autonomie et de contribuer à un projet stratégique à fort impact.

Responsabilités

A/ Responsable Qualité Système

  • Concevoir et intégrer un
    Système Qualité Prototype
    adapté aux opérations de B&T Agency.
  • Définir et formaliser les
    processus opérationnels
    .
  • Mettre en place et suivre les
    KPI Qualité
    .
  • Structurer l'ensemble de la documentation qualité (cleaning, customer service, production, logistique, maintenance…).
  • Déployer des outils qualité opérationnels :
  • Système de retour d'expérience client.
  • Plans de contrôle et d'investissement.
  • Fiches d'instruction.
  • Plans de maintenance et logistiques.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les
    programmes de formation qualité
    pour le personnel opérationnel.

B/ Responsable Qualité R&D

  • Contribuer activement au projet
    STRQMS
    (confidentiel) : conception et développement d'un
    Quality Management System nouvelle génération
    .
  • Tester, valider et améliorer les méthodes qualité appliquées au secteur touristique.

C/ Étudiant en Management du Risque

  • Participer aux formations internes en
    management du risque
    et outils qualité (AMDEC, plans de validation, etc.).
  • Développer une expertise appliquée aux environnements complexes et évolutifs.

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant en fin de cycle / Jeune diplômé en
    Génie Industriel, Qualité, ou Mécanique
    .
  • Maîtrise des outils de management de la qualité et du risque.
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de formalisation.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et de pédagogie (formation du personnel).
  • Proactivité et autonomie dans un environnement à forte intensité de travail.
  • Implication, sérieux et sens de la confidentialité
    .
