On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic sales leader (English/Arabic speaking) capable of managing and developing multi-activity sales teams serving 11 brands. The group's Sales Manager is not simply a numbers manager: they are the true engine of growth, responsible for defining and deploying market entry strategies, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue across all brands, from security systems and mobile accessories to advertising and signage.

Main responsibilities

  • Defining commercial strategies: developing and managing annual and quarterly sales plans in order to achieve the group's revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Management & development of sales teams: Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales teams. Ensure daily monitoring of individual and collective performance.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, public institutions and companies, particularly in the security systems and advertising sectors.
  • Market analysis & business intelligence: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities and anticipate market trends.
  • Synergies & Cross-selling: Designing combined offers between the different activities of the group (e.g., sale of security systems coupled with advertising campaigns on digital screens).

Search profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, business or marketing.
  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in commercial functions, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
