Real Estate Sales & Administration Executive (Multilingual)

About the Role
We are a growing real estate agency based in Marrakech, working with local and international clients across Morocco. We are looking for a confident, sales-driven, and highly organised professional to join our team in a hybrid role combining real estate sales and agency administration.
This role is approximately
50% administration and lead management, and 50% agency/sales activities
, with the possibility for this balance to evolve over time. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key role in the daily operations and growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through our backend sales funnels
- Qualify and disqualify leads professionally and efficiently
- Manage client communications via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Meet clients in the office and externally when required
- Conduct property viewings (villas, apartments, developments)
- Assist clients throughout the buying journey
- Participate in closing deals (commission available on completed sales)
Administration & CRM Management
- Systemise all leads and client data accurately into the CRM
- Maintain organised records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the agency
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and management
- Maintain professionalism and structure within internal processes
Branding & Social Media
- Participate in social media content creation
- Be confident on camera (videos, stories, property tours, branding content)
- Build both a personal brand and the agency brand
- Represent the agency professionally online and offline
- Support brand growth across Marrakech and Morocco
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent in French, English, and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong sales background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable being on camera and active on social media
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, articulate, and professional presentation
