Front Office Manager

Nous recherchons un(e) Front Office Manager expérimenté(e) et passionné(e) par l'excellence du service, pour rejoindre une maison prestigieuse située au cœur de Rabat.
Missions principales :
- Superviser et animer l'équipe de la réception et du concierge.
- Garantir une expérience client d'exception, conforme aux standards de l'hôtellerie de luxe.
- Assurer la coordination entre les différents départements afin d'optimiser le parcours client.
- Veiller à la qualité, à la fluidité et à la personnalisation de l'accueil.
- Contribuer au développement de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation de la clientèle.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie de luxe (au Maroc ou à l'international).
- Excellentes compétences managériales et sens du leadership.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (toute autre langue est un atout).
- Présentation irréprochable, sens du détail et orientation client.
