You will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, designing processes, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
Analyze data, workflows, and existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Document new business processes and flows in alignment with requirements
Contribute to solution design and support implementation with technical teams
Clearly communicate process needs and deliverables to stakeholders
Facilitate structured meetings and workshops to maximize outcomes and efficiency
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering
Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise terms
Comfortable working with both business and technical teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with project management tools or agile methodologies
