Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team in-office, based in Rabat, Morocco. The BA will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to analyze needs, design workflows, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
  • Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Support testing and validation by defining acceptance criteria and assisting QA.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and presentations.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system/process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to cloud, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or other modeling methods.
