Your Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be involved in managing and enhancing various aspects of the engineering process, from design projects and process specification optimization to quality support and technological benchmarking. It centers on innovation, technology, and international customer engagement within the EMEA region. In your daily work you will:

  • Lead design projects in collaboration with project leaders, emphasizing efficiency and innovation
  • Create, optimize, and maintain Process Operating Specifications (POS) to ensure top-tier quality
  • Analyze build results, drive improvements, and maintain risk assessment template
  • Spearhead quality initiatives, training, and support for EMEA plants
  • Benchmark technologies and stay ahead of market trends
  • Propose improvements, support new concepts, and engage with international customers
  • Manage equipment databases for streamlined operations.
  • Support production plants in EMEA during system implementations and startups.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering field
  • A first industry experience, internship included
  • Experience with electrical test boards, torque controllers, vision systems setup
  • Fluent in English, Arabic & French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of engineering theory, design principles, and manufacturing
  • Analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and traceability concepts
