Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance Business Development Representative based in Morocco to support our growth by identifying and connecting us with potential clients, organisations, and referral partners in the UK.
This role is results-oriented, flexible, and suitable for someone with strong communication skills and an existing network.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, organisations, and referral partners in the UK
Communicate professionally on behalf of Quest Horizon
Make introductory calls and send emails to associations, institutions, and intermediaries
Introduce interested leads to our management team (no contract signing, no payments collection)
Maintain basic follow-up and reporting on leads contacted
Required Profile
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory
Arabic and French are strong advantage
Comfortable speaking with UK-based organisations and institutions
Confident, professional, and well-presented
Sales, business development, or coordination background preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation
Fixed monthly fee: 1,000 MAD
Commission: 500 MAD for each confirmed client
(commission paid after booking confirmation)
