Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance Business Development Representative based in Morocco to support our growth by identifying and connecting us with potential clients, organisations, and referral partners in the UK.

This role is results-oriented, flexible, and suitable for someone with strong communication skills and an existing network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, organisations, and referral partners in the UK

  • Communicate professionally on behalf of Quest Horizon

  • Make introductory calls and send emails to associations, institutions, and intermediaries

  • Introduce interested leads to our management team (no contract signing, no payments collection)

  • Maintain basic follow-up and reporting on leads contacted

Required Profile

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory

  • Arabic and French are strong advantage

  • Comfortable speaking with UK-based organisations and institutions

  • Confident, professional, and well-presented

  • Sales, business development, or coordination background preferred

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly fee: 1,000 MAD

  • Commission: 500 MAD for each confirmed client

(commission paid after booking confirmation)
