We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Field Service Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple client locations. You'll be the face of our IT department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  • Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, configurations, and asset inventory
  • Support network connectivity issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN setups
  • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols
  • Assist in IT equipment deployment and relocation projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or field service roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong communication skills in French and English

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP
