Missions :

· Participer à l'élaboration du plan marketing annuel en coordination avec les différents départements, et en assurer le suivi.

· Mettre en œuvre les actions de communication avec les différents départements (campagnes, salons, événements, etc.).

· Assurer la cohérence de l'image de marque sur l'ensemble des supports.

· Appliquer le processus validé afin d'assurer un flux continu d'informations.

· Coordonner régulièrement avec les chefs de projets et les photographes afin de documenter les informations essentielles relatives aux projets del'entreprise portée, avancement, jalons, défis et résultats.

  • Fournir régulièrement au siège du contenu pour alimenter les plateformes digitales (site web, réseaux sociaux, newsletters).

· Proposer des actions d'optimisation pour améliorer la visibilité et l'engagement en ligne.

· Coordonner avec les différents départements, principalement le Business Development et les Chefs de département, afin de diffuser en interne toute information importante (nouveaux projets, réalisations, livraisons, etc.).

· Coordonner avec le siège pour actualiser les supports marketing et commerciaux (brochures, fiches produits, présentations) et assurer l'uniformité de l'image de marque.

· Appuyer les équipes commerciales dans leurs actions de prospection et de fidélisation.

· Coordonner les relations avec les agences de communication, imprimeurs et fournisseurs marketing,

· Suivre les budgets alloués et veiller au respect des délais et de la qualité des livrables.

· Collecter et analyser des données sur les tendances du marché, la concurrence et le comportement des clients.

· Fournir des rapports et des recommandations à la direction.

Formation

Bac +3 à Bac +5

Marketing, communication, commerce ou équivalent.Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction marketing, idéalement en environnement industriel, services ou B2B.
