Aperçu du Poste
Nous recherchons un Project Lead pour superviser nos opérations parapharmaceutiques et digitales, gérer les relations avec les laboratoires et fournisseurs, et piloter des projets stratégiques. Ce rôle combine gestion opérationnelle, coordination de projets et développement commercial pour accompagner la croissance de Para Outlet.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Gérer et optimiser les opérations de la parapharmacie physique et des canaux e-commerce.
  • Servir de point de contact avec les laboratoires et fournisseurs : négociations, suivi et partenariats.
  • Planifier, exécuter et superviser le projet (Campagnes marketing, digitalisation, etc.).
  • Suivre et analyser les ventes, tendances du marché et comportements clients afin d'identifier des leviers de croissance.
  • Piloter les KPIs, établir des rapports réguliers et recommander des actions correctives.
  • Encadrer des équipes transversales pour garantir l'alignement et l'efficacité des projets.
  • Anticiper les risques, proposer des solutions et s'assurer du respect des délais et budgets.
  • Présenter les résultats et recommandations à la direction.

Qualifications & Compétences

  • Licence/Master en Gestion d'Entreprise ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience prouvée (3-5 ans) en gestion de projet, retail, pharmacie ou opérations e-commerce
  • Solides Compétences en négociation et en gestion de la relation fournisseurs/laboratoires.
  • Esprit stratégique, capacités analytiques et leadership.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et d'analyse
