At Lysi, our mission is to simplify growth through smarter systems, seamless integrations, and standout brand experiences. As our team expands, we're looking for an IT Project with a strong understanding of Project Management principles and a background in data analysis or system integration. Additionally, we need someone who is not only familiar with project management methodologies but also understands the intricacies of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain management.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, with a focus on those involving technology and data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Oversee the integration of data and systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
- Utilize your IT knowledge to understand project requirements and technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of IT concepts and terminology.
- Experience with data or system integration projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points for Experience with:
- Specific data integration tools and technologies.
- Cloud-based project management platforms.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
