Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Specialist located in Casablanca. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs through tailored educational strategies and interventions. Daily tasks include assessing individual student needs, designing and implementing education plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, and providing instruction to enhance learning and development. The role will also involve working directly with children, fostering their growth and development in an optimal learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and other education professionals
- Background in Education and expertise in working with children
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to tailor teaching methods to individual needs
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Special Education or related fields (preferred)
- Understanding of inclusive education best practices
- Fluency in French, Arabic, or other relevant languages is an advantage
