Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Travel Specialist / Assistant Travel Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will assist in project management, logistics coordination, supplier relations, and quality control to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Travel Specialist, you will support the Travel Specialist in managing and coordinating travel-related projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing travel-related projects
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of logistical operations
  • Managing interactions with suppliers and partners
  • Handling administrative tasks and ensuring client file follow-ups

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong logistical and project management abilities
  • Attention to detail and precision in task execution
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in the travel industry or a related field is an advantage
