Role Summary

Supports supplier communication, production follow up, logistics coordination, sample management, and bulk order tracking. Acts as the operational bridge between ENVEE and factories.

Profile & Background


• Student or graduate in supply chain management, international business, operations, or textile engineering


• Internship experience in apparel manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, or e-commerce operations


• Strong English and French communication


• Knowledge of fabrics, stitching, sampling cycles, production workflows


• Understanding of international shipping, customs, and transportation

• Supplier communication and follow up


• Technical understanding of fabrics and QC


• Logistics and transportation knowledge


• Operational coordination and documentation


• Problem solving and deadline management

Responsibilities


• Daily communication with suppliers and mills


• Track samples, production timelines, and shipments


• Compare fabrics, trims, and production options


• Prepare logistics quotes and customs documents


• Maintain weekly supplier status reports
